Bike Permit Information

Good morning Paulding families,

We are so excited to welcome your students for the first day of school tomorrow! I can see that many of you have taken our Bike Assessment and received 100%. If you are interested in getting a bike permit, more information can be found about Paulding's bike policy on our website, including resources, and a required safety video to prepare students for the assessment. E-scooters will not be issued parking permits or be permitted on Paulding's campus, as current California law requires e-scooter riders to be at least 16 years of age. Regular scooters that are not motorized or electric will still be permitted on campus and will also require a parking permit sticker.

Students can turn in their bike permission slips and pick up their bike parking permit stickers in the office during lunch on the first two days of school (8/13 and 8/14). We will begin checking bikes to see if they have a bike permit on Monday, 8/17.
